Construction Administration Services

At Andrews, Hammock & Powell we are pleased to offer the services of our full time, in-house Construction Administration Department.  This valuable service ensures that our projects are constructed to meet the requirements of the Contract Documents.  We also offer these services to Owners who desire construction administration for projects that were not designed by our office.  It is the responsibility of our Construction Administration Department to oversee all aspects of the construction contract from contract award to project close out.  Led by a registered Professional Engineer, this department provides exceptional value to our clients.  Listed below are additional services offered by our Construction Administration Department:
